لقد مضى عام 2011 وفيه الكثير من التغييرات التي ما كانت لتخطر على قلب بشر ، الا من كان صاحب بصيرة فذة مستندا بها الى التاريخ ، واصبح الكلام يموج بعضه فوق بعض ، الى أن وصل الينا في حلل مختومة ،بشكل يكاد لا يقبل النقاش بان الدور على الاردن آت لا محالة .

فاستغل الاردن هذا الموقف شعبا وحكومة ، كل بنية سليمة ، الى تحقيق ما هو افضل للبلد ، فعملنا جميعا كفريق واحد ، سواء علمنا ذلك ام لا ، ووصلنا الى الامور التالية :

دستور معدل وقابل للتعديل ، كما قال ملك البلاد ، بان هذه التعديلات اول الطريق.

حكومات متعاقبة ، عنوانها المعلن ، هو الاصلاح ووجوه جديدة بدأت تنهض امام الشاشات باشكال مختلفة ، منها كحبات الذرة المفرقعة ، ومنها شتلات اشجار مثمرة ان شاء الله ستؤتي اكلها .

حراك شبابي منقسم باعضاءه لا باهدافه ،الى من يفقه طريقه ومن لا يفقه طريقه ، من هو متعلم ومن هو غير متعلم ، من هو يؤمن بالحلول الوسط ومن يريد التغيير الفوري .

عشائر مترقبة للاصلاح ، ولاستحقاقتها في الحكومة ، واستمرار ما لديها للحفاظ على وجودها.

أحزاب ، منها من هو قديم فاعل ، كالاخوان المسلمين ؛ وهي فاعلية اجتماعية أكثر من كونها فاعلية سياسية، واحزاب ردة فعل ، كأحزاب معتبرة تناهض امور وقتية ، وتيارات او لنسميها توجهات ، لا تحتاج الى الاعلان عن اهداف واضحة ومحددة للوصول الى اكبر عدد ممكن من الاعضاء.

والمشكلة بكل الاحزاب ، انها ليس لديها برنامج حكومي كامل ،سواء للوصول الى الحكم ، و/أو لادارة الحكم.
وايضا النقابات التي اخذت على عاتقها الفكر السياسي في العقود الاخيرة لغياب الاحزاب والقانون المنظم لها ، قبل الرحراك العربي

وطبعا ، اخرا وليس أخيرا ، سكان الفقاعات اما اهل عمان الغربية ، او اهل جماعات الشبكات الالكترونية المفتوحة قانونا والمغلقة نوعاالذين ينقسموا الى مؤيدين ومعارضين ، قولا ، ولم يجربوا فعلا.

كل هؤلاء ، هم المجتمع ، وكل هؤلاء يشكلون الخصوصية الاردنية ، فحين نتكلم عن حلول اصلاحية ، او تطويرية أو مكافحتية ، يجب أن نأخذ بعين الاعتبار جميع الاطراف ، وبذلك عندما يقوم أحد بالمطالبة بدولة مدنية ، راغبا عن العشائر ، نذكره بضرورة عدم اغفال الخصوصية الاردنية ، وعندما يرغب آخر عن الحراك يكون قد اغفل الخصوصية الاردنية ، وهكذا…، فلا بد من الاخذ بعين الاعتبار جميع الاطراف ، للوصول الى حل شامل ولو بتدرج لكي نخرج من ازمتنا. إن صح التعبير

باسم اللي يبدا باسمه كل البوادي ، وينتهي وهو عليها باقي ، استوى وقالو هيمن ، وفوق كل شرط الله باقي.

والله بادي الامر وناهي

تراني أحيانا ، ادخل دون شعور على الجوجل واضع للبحث كلمة ” الحقيقة ” او بالانجليزي truth
، وطبعا اضيع فيما يقدم لي من امور ومقالات ، الا انني وبين كل حين وآخر افعل نفس الشيء ، متألما من التضليل الذي نعيشه في عالمنا اليوم .

اعرف أنها كلمات عامة ، قد لا تدخل قلب من يقرأها ، واجد نفسي عاجزا عن تجاوزها . فالحقيقة والحق يخالف تماما ما تعارف عليه الناس ، فمثلا( تهنئة الوزراء بالمناصب) ؛ ، الحقيقة تقول أنهم ما زالوا تحت المسؤولية ، ولم يبين خيرهم من شرهم، كمجلس وزراء ، و نقوم بتهنئتهم وكأنها المقصد ، مبروك ابو فلان والله ابتستاهل!!!! ، كيف عرف انه بستاهل؟ ،
هل التكليف هو الغاية ، يعني يستمر بالعمل الى حين التكليف ؟ هل استلام منصب وزاري جائزة بحد ذاته على ما سبق وقدمه الزير المكلف للبلد ؟ ام التهنئة باللقب الجديد ؟، ام بالعمل الذي سيأتي في علم الغيب ؟ ام بالوصول الى مكان قريب من السلطة ؟ المنصب الذي تكلف به لم يقم بانجاز مقدار حبة خردل منه ، وتبدأ التهاني من اليمين والشمال. وكأنه حرر القدس!!!

إن التهنئة بالمنصب تزيل الخوف منه ، ولها اثر سلبي على متلقي التهنئة ، فنفسيا يبدأ حقيبته الوزارية بتهنئة ، ويبقى بعدها شو ما عمل لا احد يلتفت له ، لا تهنئة ولا غيره ، فيقل العطاء ، ويطفئ حماس القلب .

التهنئة من عدمها يجب أن تأتي بعد الانتهاء من المنصب ، يعني نرى ماذا فعل المسؤول ثم ندعو له بالخير ونحفزه / مش قبل ما يخط قلم، تأتيه الورود والاعلانات المكلفة في الجرائد ، والمراسم …الخ والله انها مضيعة للمال ، والوقت .

خلص بس هيك ، ما ضل اشي احكيه ، لكن هل ممكن أن نغير هذه العادة؟

جلست في بدايات الربيع العربي مع اصدقائي ، لنتكلم عن امور مختلفة متعلقة بالانتماء وارض الاردن وما لها من تاثير على قراراتنا اليومية ، تفاجئت بتقصير المنزل والمدرسة والدولة في تفهيم مصطلح الانتماء لشبابنا ، فلم اجد في صدور البعض معنى للعلم ، او للارض ، واشتبكت الانتماءات من ارض المدينة التي يسكنون فيها الى الى باب المنزل احيانا وفي احسن احوالها الى المواقع التي يزرورها يوميا او اسبوعيا.

اضافة …
فبالنتيجة ، العمل على توضيح الانتماء الى شبابنا هو من اهم نقاط الاصلاح ، وبعد أن يرسخ مفهوم الانتماء ، سنجد المجتمع يتطور نحو مفهوم المواطنة تحت مظلة القانون.

ها قد ظهرت التعديلات الدستورية ، ولم يتسنى لاحد منا الحصول على نسخة موثوقة ، الا انه لفت انتباهي الانتقادات الاذعة التي لم تأخذ سويعات للظهور على تويتر والمدونات ، وكاننا نعيش بين فقهاء قانون والقراءة القانونية عندنا يعني أكل البزر.

دخلت في عدة نقاشات مع زملاء لي ، وع اخوان لي على التويتر حول الانتقادات التي تحوم حول التعديلات الجديدة وفي حين كان الانتقاد يخلو من نظرة تشريعية سليمة ، وكان الحراك بدأ التحرك لتنظيم اعتصام اعتراضا على التعديلات الدستورية معللا اعتراضه على نقطتين :
ضرورة وجود حكومة منتخبة
حد صلاحيات الملك في حل البرلمان.

وبعد قراءة هذه الاعتراضات الجميلة ، والتي لا افسرها سوى بالنقية والساذجة سياسيا ( المعنى الجميل للكلمة ) اوردت هذا الجواب الى شباب الحراك ومن يهتف معهم ، وانا مؤيد للحراك الشعبي المؤدي الى نتيجة واضحة وضوح الشمس ، الا انني ارفض السير خطوة واحدة دون ان افهم لماذا وما النتيجة ،

أولا الله يعطيكم العافية ، اسم جميل وحراك مبارك ، إلا أنني أرجو منكم السماع إلي بعقل الرشد الذي أعلم بأنكم تملكوه ،

انتخاب الحكومة يتطلب حزب ناجح بالانتخابات بأغلبية مقاعد. البرلمان ، وهذا هو شكل النظام الديمقراطي في الدول المتحضرة ، يقوم بدوره الملك حسب القانون بتعيين رئيسا للوزراء الذي ينتخب وزراءه ، ثم يعرض على النواب ، في حال كان رئيس الوزراء من الحزب الذي معه أغلبية مقاعد البرلمان ستطرح به الثقة ، ويرفع برنامج الحزب للتنفيذ ، هذا هو الخطوة الأولى.لتنفيذ مفهوم حكومة منتخبة ،.وإذا وصلنا الى هذا المستوى الفكري الديمقراطي فعندها يمكن أن نحقق تجربة تركيا وأوروبا ، بوجود برنامج. وعندها فقط يمكن أن نحدد الصلاحيات الدستورية لملك البلاد لأن الذي يحكم هو حزب ممثل برئيس الوزراء ، ولحين ظهور هذه القوى لا يمكن المطالبة بتحديد صلاحيات الملك تجاه. الدولة وتجاه البرلمان والسياسة الخارجية ولحين ذلك الوقت فلا يعقل أن نترك البلاد بائد أناس بلا برنامج سياسي تجاري قضائي زراعي سياحي أوقافي داخلي خارجي.
لا أدعوكم الى وقف الحراك فقط أبدي وجهة نظري الى أناس عهدناهم بالفكر المتحرر من أي أنماط فكرية مسبقة .

I have been using social media for a while , and listening to people around me , the way they interact with what is happening around us, it was very clear how everybody has an already installed file in their brain regarding everything. They judge using their previous knowledge, making change or new stuff impossible or weird , one needs to scratch reality resulting a disturbing noise or change to make them see the new thing or a different point of view than what they have in their mind , like slapping someone’s face when they panic.

Some are talking about religion , some talking about life itself ,some converted their religion , some rebelled on their own thoughts , others rebelled on other people’s thoughts, people are starting to talk , nations are rising and nations are falling , it rains in May and sweats in Dec. this life is becoming unpredictable , the only thing we count on as humans are the time breakers which are the timely managed seasons , well they are changing , it is becoming more crazy.

I guess it will be stupid to claim knowledge now , because so much is changing and we are still the same.

When Stereotyping was considered wrong in the stable world , SURELY it is wrong in the changing world. I once read how the Chinese learn , they have a famous phrase before they start teaching : Forget what you know , to receive what we teach”.

The time is approaching and a team of more than ten people is working round the clock , to get this event as perfect as the community deserve. Here we are two weeks and approaching this magnificent event , a lot of surprises , speakers , exhibitors , startups , prizes and more.

ذهبت اليوم لاجدد هوية الاحوال المدنية التي ( قرطوها) بالانتخابات السابقة ، والتي استخدمتها بكل صراحة لانتخاب ابن عمي ، نعم لقد خلعت ثوب الحضارة والفكر السياسي ( ان وجد ) وبدأت استخدم صوتي عشائريا لمصلحتي ومصلحة اولاد عمي .
المهم في الامر أن هوية الاحوال المدنية ( قرطت) ولوجود حاجة لاستخدامها في بنك ، ذهبت لأجدد وقد تفاجئت بأنه يطلب مني الذهاب الى المتابعة والتفتيش !!!!! قلت له : انا من عشيرة كذا
قال : لاكن أمك …
فقاطعته متجهما : مال أمي ؟؟؟
قال انها من مواليد نابلس بركي عامليتلكو لم شمل ؟ بعدين شو فيها تروح على المتابعة والتفتيش زيك زي غيرك .
قلتله : ما بروح ، انا وقتي ضيق ، ويجب أن انجز هذا اليوم ، وقد قاربت الساعة على وقت انتهاء الدوام الرسمي.
قال : شوف المدير… اللي بعده
ذهبت الى المدير وفي قلبي ارتياح ، من ناحيتين ، الاولى أنني قد انصفت مثلي مثل اخواني ، فلا فرق بين شرقي ولا غربي الا بالهوية المستخرجة هناك . ؟؟؟ وسولافتها طرمة لن اخوض بذلك . والامر الثاني ، انني ساكتب عنها لكم ، لتعلموا أن الجميع معرض لذلك ، فالموت مع الجماعة رحمة.

اما وقد وصل الامر بدخولي الى المدير ، فشرحت له أنني اريد استخراج الهوية باسرع وقت لوجود ضرورة تواحدي مع شركائي الان بالبنك ، فختم عليها بال مانع من استخراج الهوية ، وهو يمثل المتابعة والتفتيش في دائرة الاحوال المدنية.

على العموم ، هذه قصتي وهذه روايتي ،

الهوية في جعبتي

المادة 94
1- عندما يكون مجلس الأمة غير منعقد أو منحلا يكون لمجلس الوزراء بموافقة الملك أن يضع قوانين مؤقتة في الأمور التي تستوجب اتخاذ تدابير ضرورية لا تحتمل التأخير أو تستدعي صرف نفقات مستعجلة غير قابلة للتأجيل ويكون لهذه القوانين المؤقتة التي يجب أن لا تخالف أحكام هذا الدستور قوة القانون على أن تعرض على المجلس في أول اجتماع يعقده وللمجلس أن يقـر هـذه القـوانين أو يعدلها , أما إذا رفضها فيجب على مجلس الوزراء بموافقة الملك أن يعلن بطلانها فورا ومــن تاريــخ ذلك الإعـــلان يـــزول مـفـعـولها على أن لا يـؤثـر ذلك في الـعـقود والحقــوق المكــتســبة .
2- يسري مفعول القوانين المؤقتة بالصورة التي يسري فيها مفعول القوانين بمقتضى حكم الفقرة الثانية من المادة – 93 – من هذا الدستور .بموجب التعديل المنشور في العدد 1380 تاريخ 1958/5/4 من الجريدة الرسمية.

لم ارى اوضح من هذه الفقرة في الدستور ، فالحق السلطة التنفيذية ” مجلس الوزراء” في اصدار القوانين المؤقتة معلق على شروط واضحة وفي غيابها تغدو القوانين غير مطابقة للدستور الاردني ، ومن هنا جاء الادعاء الظالم للحكومة بأنها تصدر قوانين غير دستورية .

الادعاءات غير مهمة ، كونها تتطاير في آخر النهار مع تطاير صحف اليوم ، انتظارا لصحف الغد المشرق ، لعل موزع البريد يحمل الامل مع اشراقة الشمس في كل صباح ، ولكن المهم هو الاثر القانوني لمثل هذه القوانين والتي تكون السلطة القضائية رقيبة عليها ، فيحق للقاضي باي محكمة كان ، أن يتخذ حكما أو ينطق بحكم دون الاخذ بالقوانين المؤقتة ” غير الدستورية” وهذا يحتاج الى قوة ، وعدم انصياع الى رغبات من يطمع في ارضائه من السلطة التنفيذية.

وعليه ، فإن اصدار الاحكام القضائية التي تعتمد على القوانين الدستورية فقط ، يضع قرارات السلطة التنفيذية بمكان تحتاج فيه الى القالب القانوني الذي رسمه لها الدستور لإصدار التشريعات ومناقشتها.

هذا الحلم الاردني الذي يتمناه الجميع أن يتحقق :
بعد النوم ارى في المنام
” مجلس تشريعي ( نواب) يرتدي معظمهم لون واحد من القبعات ، يقفون وقفة متشابهة ، متشابهين بالشكل والجسم ، والشجر من حولهم ينمو بسرعة فائقة ، ويتقرب منهم من ليس منهم ، تذوب بحضرتهم الرجال ، ولا يبقى مكانا لغير الرجال بحضورهم”
الا أن الصحوة من بعد الحلم تردي بهذا الحلم نحو الهاوية ، فكل واحد منا يرتدي ما يراه مناسبا لمصلحته الشخصية ، بعيدا عن مصلحة المجتمع ، وأكيد عن مصلحة الوطن دون القصد ، الا أن قصر النظر والخطأ يشبه كلمات اقسى من ذلك.

هل تعلمون بأن النواب هم اصحاب الحق الدستوري باصدار القوانين ؟
هل تعلمون أن الاصل في النظم الديمقراطية أن يترشح حزب الى الانتخابات ، ليحصل على أغلبية الاصوات في مجلس النواب ليكون قادرا على طرح الثقة في الحكومة المعينة من الملك أم لا؟ يا لها من قوة !!! غير مستغلة وممنوحة لنا بالدستور.
وعليه فالحل الوحيد أن يتم اختيار الحكومة من الحزب الناجح ،لتطرح الثقة بالحكومة وتبدأ الحياة السياسية
بالسير بشكلها الطبيعي.

الخوف من تشكيل الاحزاب ذو الاجندة الواضحة ، وعدم وضوح الرؤية عند بعض الاحزاب الموجودة بيننا ، وغيرها من الامور ،من أهم المشاكل التي توقعنا بحياة سياسية فاترة ، ليس فيها من هو منها ؛

فإننا نحتاج الى وقفة مع انفسنا للنظر في التوجهات السياسية للمرشحين ، فالنائب المستقل ليس سوا شخص خدمي ذو معارف وبعض الميزات الممنوحة / غير المكتسبة ، أما النائب المنظم بحزب ، فهو جزء من كل ، فالحل هو الفهم ، والفهم يحتاج الى نظرة شاملة للمجتمع ، ولن يكون بمقدورنا العمل على الاصلاح السياسي دون ظهور أحزاب سياسية تحمل أجندة وطنية ، تتعامل مع الوطن شبرا بشبر ، ملمة بمشاكله ، غير منحازة الا اليه ، نزيهة ، تستقطب الاعضاء ذو الثقافات العالية ، غير عنصرية أو اقليمية ، ثابتة على الحق لا تفتن بمنصب أو مال ، مؤمنة باهدافها ، قدرة افرادها على التضحية معدية ، كلامها قليل وفعلها كثير، لديها قدرة قانونية على محاسبة أفرادها في حال قاموا بالميل عن اجندتها السياسية ، لها ثلاثة رؤووس وتقذف النار من فمها ، لونها أخضر وتطير في سماء عمان ، لا يراها الا الاطفال أو ذو اصحاب القلوب النقية
( كالاطفال) . وهذه شهادتي

Suddenly i feel stereotyped, through my profession.

In English language a Lawyer : one who knows the law
In Arabic Mohami : one who defends his clients.

Meetings that do involve lawyers do usually mean new deals, following up on a case , speaking on behalf of a client , negotiating with passion ( hold that thought) on behalf of a client , settling a dispute and believe it or not sometimes it is family disputes ( just because you are a lawyer), with God’s will it works out for me, every time I try to settle a dispute ( family based) .
This is the good side or the client’s perspective, now on the other side of the equation, but there is the counter party, who is sometime a lawyer ( easy and straight forward negotiations , cutting an edge sharp cake – do this I do this , do that I do this , stay Idle I take you to court make it hard on your clients to handle me- of course this needs aggression , and it is understandable between lawyers), this daily life develops a jean , or a software inside the lawyers head , to manouver with words , ability to understand which tactic to use under pressure , how to look nice , act nice , be smart , quick , and most of all how to win.

That day , i went to a person who I had to negotiate something with him on behalf of a client , and I was surprised that he refused to talk , or even move his lips , only shook his head while I was talking , and when I asked him what he thinks his lips made an upside arch shape, I smiled , and dug more , pretended that he has all the rights in the world and that I am bluffing , yet nothing happened , shook him in so many ways I almost heard him singing
” your lips move , but I can’t hear what your saying , you are coming to me in waves , your ships fall of the horizon , I I I I I I I have become comfortably numb…etc”.
I made a joke , nothing
I got angry , nothing
I stayed quite , nothing
I said ” you know what , I will not drink your coffee” , zay teeXX
Ya zalameh talk to me , nothing
aboos eydak , say something. Nothing
yehdeek yerdeek , abadan nothing

I stood up , walked out of the room , he stood up , smiling but his eyes were filled with words , then I told him that my father says hi , ” he knows who you are “, blah blah blah , he smiled… I took a moment there , and started talking to him about his life ( i did my homework ) and then after almost an hour of me constantly talking he said ” Mmm” lagatto , I went back and sat next to him , talked more about his youth days, and the smile was becoming contagious , his eyes relaxed , his forehead planed , and then he said:
” you know 3ammo , my lawyer told me not to say a word , but screw him , you are a nice guy” and we talked for another hour , one of the things he said ” whenever there is a lawyer involved , things get uglier , and we get trapped with our own words , ”
he also said ” we hardly see a lawyer who goes out of his way to make a settlement ” he expressed ” I usually do not trust lawyers” he said ” is this beard Nasib?” then we ended up making a paper that settles the dispute and everybody went home happy.

What a meeting ha?
Because of the skills that will naturally develop in a (OK IQ) lawyer, and because lawyers are moving around fighting for others not for themselves , somehow this is not acceptable in our community , people really do not understand nor trust the concept of the “power of attorney” in our country- only outside the court- we as lawyers have two battles to fight in each confrontation , the first is to break the extra layer of COKE ice between them and counter parties , the second is the main subject they were hired to negotiate.

In fact , Lawyers are supposed to be the ellite class of the community , in Europe , any lawyer can authenticate or Identify a person who is unknown to the authorities , a lawyer has the Notary public authorities ,a lawyer is equivelant to the Judge. (lawyers are trusted )

But as everything is descending in our community so are lawyers , therefore , I am calling for a movement between lawyers to change the face of their services to clients.

If a civil entity was established , to rate the firms and the lawyers , this will help lawyers improve their services, this way we can diffrentiate between good lawyers and otherwise , at least this will save lawyers half of their retained time by iliminaiting the trust issue.
Also the type of services provided to clients should make them more exposed to their legal status , cases and or any special situation.

The news were flooded with Khosey Maria Aznar X- Spanish prime minister racist statements declaring that Israel is the first defense line for the west from the islamic state.
They read history which we have forgotten. .

إذا ما نظرنا الى هذا العمل الباسل فنرى توجه سلمي يتكون من حركة و وشجاعة وقوة وتوكل على الله ، في البحر ، لإخواننا في غزة ؛ سنرى شيئا واحدا فقط ،إن العالم كان ينتظر منا نحن أصحاب الحق التحرك ، فكما علمنا ونعلم أن الحقوق تضيع في حال سكوت أصحابها عنها( هكذا علمتنا دنيا الحلم الغربي) ، وهنا نحن نعمل وننشد ، ونصرخ دون أن حراك ، فبقيت اسرائيل متعجرفة ، وازددنا ضعفا .
أما فيما يخص القوة العسكرية فلا قيمة لها ، فقد جرح اثنان من الجنود الاسرائيلين في مواجهة رجال ونساء عزل بلا سلاح ، فكيف الحال بعكس ذلك ؟
المطالبة بالحق مهما طالت تبقى بذمة المتعدي سواء كان شخص ، أو دولة أو عصابة، فبمعملاتنا اليومية ، شدد المشرع على الديون وضرورة سدادها قبل الممات ،وجاء شراعنا الناسخين للقوانين الغربية بفكرة تقادم الحقوق، فيسقط حق الاشخاص بالمطالبة بحقوقهم بعد مرور حقبة من الزمن، فإذا كان هذا في المعاملات اليومية قد شرع من قبل الناسخين لقوانين الغرب ، فهل فيه نظرية مؤامرة لإدخال تلك الفكرة على عقولنا، فهل يسقط الحق بمرور الزمن، نجيب بسوط واحد يموت الحق بإبادتنا عن بكرة ابينا ، وسيظهر المولى عز وجل الحق رغم انف المعتدين .
لم يطلب ابطال الاسطول التحرير ، بل طلبوا فك الحصار ، خطوة انسانية اجتمعت عليها جميع الامم ما عدا اسرائيل ، طلبوا ايصال الطعام والمواد الاساسية لشعب أعزل ، فمن اسطول أعزل الى شعب أعزل ، ارتعبت اسرائيل ، آن الاوان لنرى باعيننا عناصر المعادلة ، لا خوف من اسرائيل ، فالقوة المادية لم تكن ذات أهمية عبر تاريخنا في المنطقة ، فمجرد التحرك نحو شواطئ العدو ، ارجفهم ، وادفئ قلوبهم ، فمالنا لا نرى الحقيقة.
تحركت الحكومات العربية والغربية محرجة من من؟من بعضها أو من شعبها ، لا يهم ، المهم أن الحكومات قد تحركت كل بقدر كبريائه.
اسرائيل تخشى على نفسها ، فهي ترى نهايتها قريبة ، فهذه الحملة فيها كسر لأنفها اليهودي المعكوف ، وإنها لا تضرب كل شيئ عرض الحائط ، فالحائط عندها مقدس ، ولكنها تتخبط، والله مخزيهم في الدنيا والآخرة.

IT is really unexplainable how the world loves the ” Israeli state” , quite similar i may say the love of Nicole Kidman in “Moulin Rouge” , where she is a pretty whore , sings , dances and sells her body to the richest , and yet the rest of the actors are in love with her , she steels , forges , fobs off the customers , and yet they still love her so deeply they keep singing about it all through the movie , she is rude, unethical , accuses others with prostitution yet she is all that and more. With all due respect to the actor .

Listening to the news last night on BBC it was amazing how Israel was loosing credibility in this world , yet we still hear the words ” good relations with Israel”. Damn she is getting away with it.

After all that , and of course there is more regarding Israel’s foreign affairs , they still lover her.

I really love the music on Moulin Rouge , I love how every body dances with a perfect rhythm to the perfect music , I love how my favorite songs are sang in one long song by the lover of the whore and the staff of that famous night club , I love how the jealousy dance using the famous song “Roxane” started with love , intimacy , then betrayal, hate and jealousy, then murder , and in the end the whore dies because of a disease , of course she spent most of her time trying maintain her work and forgot her inner self, yes she dies.

I never finished the movie until a couple of days ago, I thought it was unethical , yet I loved the music, and it is really interesting to see how the actual story will end of Israel .

Did I find it ? well ,
We all get upset when we find someone representing some kind of religion that swears , spits or take a pee on the side of the street , or even expressing the words as metaphor , refusing an Idea that was presented to him verbally.
The actual state of mind these people may be in , thinking that “religion” gave them the right to decide what is right and what is wrong , and made them one of those who can say “No” to something, refusing it hard enough that no one can talk back. And that they without any effort have reached a place where certain rituals will guide them not to fall into sins. ( that sound like a magic pill to me.)
Religion and the knowledge of God does only one thing ” switch the light ON” inside our heads , we then can see clearly , the dirt in that little or big or medium room , we see how deep the roots are , we can understand why we act this way , why we shout sometimes and most of all why we act insanely with others awkwardly. The cleaning up is what makes us good humans compatibly aligned with the religions purpose. Or at least that is what I think. We do get these uncontrolled tempers when we just want to act as we feel like, knowing it is wrong is part of religion , cleaning it up and backing off is another part, together with consistency brings us closer to God.

Isn’t that what it is all about ? Isn’t Religion is Light , Allah who brings us from darkness to light ? Devil promises us Darkness and Allah’s promises us Light? Allah himself is light as Prophet Mohammad once said ” how can I see Allah when he is all Light?”
Light is Noor … I hope I can clean up my mess now I can see it clearly.

Some of us do things that they cannot explain , sometimes feelings that they cannot express , we can only know what is wrong with us , only if God gave us light. So those of us who did get that light , its cleaning time.

Last Tuesday on the 3rd of may 2010 something happened , a bunch of young men who believed in sharing the information they had stood up and made something happen regardless of the hardships they faced.
Gathering more than 300 attendances and over 450 online viewers AmmanTT ( Amman Tech Tuesdays) gave a chance to all its members attendances and participators to show their passion about technologies and how to share information in order to prosper , staring with Fouad Jeryes , then me then a bright young man who took us all to his online business knowledge and experience then last but not least ended with Dr. Usama Fayad who’s main title was how important The Arabic language was through history and towards the future of sharing knowledge , he explained in a very interesting presentation the power we posses , only if we concentrated on our language to make it alive again. He also gave all the listeners a chance to innovate , throwing the light on all the untouched areas waiting to be developed in the portal business.
I participated in a couple of seminars , conferences and forums, but AmmanTT had an ethical code behind it that motivated all to speak with passion.
I conclude this article by saying :

I was listening to Tracy Chapmin’s song ” Bang Bang Bang” , something made stop for a moment , problems can be easily solved by elimination , it is not so hard to press the trigger, since we have been looking at the TV for so long , all we see is violence and killing, of course we do see love and Romance ” respectively speaking “. But when you see something weird or even something you usually refuse Over and Over again it becomes normal.
So solving any small problem becomes easy to those who do not know better.

Once upon a time there was a man called Musta3ar , he had a personality to lease others, when a religious man talked to him , he claimed religious beliefs , when a war lord called him he became a patriot that was willing to sacrifice his life for the cause, when his musician friends sang to him , he knew how to sing , play an instrument and even had a favorite singer ,and so on .
He never lied , in fact he was in a search to find out practically who he was.
He made a choice that combined his shallow knowledge of everything , and of course how he was raised.
Nevertheless , he never understood him self quite clearly until he started facing things with the personality he chose to be.
His road is getting cleared , but it is so unclear , he is learning from scratch. He only perfects things he believes in.
He is fun to be with , but it is becoming very tiring to be around him.
Gazzazni , I want to get rid of him , but I don’t know how.
He is a good man, but claims knowledge of everything. He barely allows anybody to speak.

It has been very common that people in our beloved country , take an extra pride of where they come from , rather than who they are, this kind of pride is very attached with the personality raised in our us as children , you will find parents say ” don’t be like them!!!” and find other parents say ” Look at him , be like them!!!” so its always joining a tribe to belong , whether that tribe hold the same last name or not.
Now as I lived in Amman , I found out that Racists do have things in common , they usually look good , ( being proud needs to be justified ) , and they usually love a bigger figure “The Prince ” who will come one day and give them a Kiss or a hand shake , or a scolding anything would do for them, such racists always have their eyes half closed (pride) , nose up almost all the time looking very proud with their, look powerful and scary ” but they are not” very fragile , always on their four on a leaf somewhere in the stinky water they have been living in, their actions have nothing to do with their looks , they always get you by surprise as they put their tong out to catch that fly, they build most of their personality on that superior Frogy feeling .
Who knows maybe the frog is as proud as they are, and maybe the frog will be kissed by the prince in the tale out of sympathy , but the frog will always stay a frog and the prince will always stay a prince, and you will always be surprised who the prince in the equation might be, for some frogs he/she is the CEO of the company or his wife, for others a wise man bullshit talking round the year doing nothing, for others a Parliament member, and the list goes on, even some Muslim scholars can be identified here as ” The Prince” , but always keep in mind the prince will always be a prince and the frog will keep on frogging until kissed , the frog will then know ” the frog will stay a frog , even after the prince’s kiss”. .
So that being said let me give you the Jordanian Tale called
” Shut the Frog up!!!”
“Once upon a time , in the middle eastern desert of sahara , where only the camels can walk on the silky sand and only Arabs can ride the way through the stars of bears , where to? to the land of rivers and water , a land that once was called heaven of Al Sham , was ruled by a just King who loved his people and lived his life trying to put food on the table , so charismatic people started dreaming meeting him just to tell him how much they love him and to let him in on a few secrets of the underworld , his son was a handsome young prince who was very bright and also loved by his people, but on the other side of the kingdom , were ugly beasts trying to overtake the Kingdom , they were so ugly people can recognize them whenever they see them, they entered into the Kingdom with huge mind laundering skim to shake the citizen’s trust in the King and his Son, they have succeeded to enter , but through only convincing little creatures called frogs , these creatures lived where the people go to drink and have a good time around the lakes and rivers, they where everywhere , they used their consistent frogging system broadcasting their thoughts inside the Kingdom , trying to divide the people of this wonderful Kingdom that has always been known with its unity, it started by praising the King and His son, adapting to what the people love, then they started to getting richer and gathering people around them even though they were frogs, but some weak hearted people thought ” Kiss the frog from his mouth until you get your share from the money” , what the people didn’t know that the frog was promised by the ugly creatures on the other side of the kingdom , that when they conquer the Kingdom , they will make the Charming prince Kiss them and turn them back into Humans .
Poor frogs believed that they were one day humans , and believed the creatures wanted to take over , and poor the people who are around them they will always stay poor.” The tale has stopped here.
Never has it occurred to us that Frogs will always stay frogs , don’t be fooled by that Golden shining star on their chests , or that golden ring , they are frogs and they are still telling us who is better than who , they are not uniting us , they are dividing us and we all know that dividing the people into parties is always bad, we are one country , and we are all Jordanians , no one is better than the other , we are either Good Citizens or we are Frogs followers.
The Jews are Uniting the world through their intelligent recruiting with a slogan ” unite the world” and they are using their Kabala Teachings for Uniting people around them and dividing us, they are doing worldwide congresses in the Untied States just for that purpose , let us not put our unity at stake here , we all are sitting ducks for them, never think you are superior , nor you are less than others , we are all equal and actions not origin differs people.
So whenever a frog speaks PLEASE ” Shut the Frog up”

I have a word for some of the ones i love, a word that may never change their lives, but at least it would give them a glance of how I am making it through the days.
You may be locked in pretty walls, or you may be winning on every corner of your life, you got the smile, and you got the way, maybe you have the wisdom that gets you through the day, feathered wings that takes you in the speed of light to edges of the world just to find out what is happening there, more money than anyone could ever dream of, or maybe ethics that keep you self-contained, or people who love you as time clicks away.
But the Dream my friend to stand in a place that will keep you in people’s head , the Dream , that will not be accomplished by losing or winning the fancy stay in this life , the Dream , To help others to grant their brothers something to see beyond those filthy pretty walls and make belief signs , to tell that winning big fish in a bowl , there is a sea with endless streams , that beautiful singing bird in a cage there are skies that mean more than just endless air, are things that will keep you giving until you are dead, who knows maybe death will never end your prayers , and maybe Endings have bigger things to unveil, you don’t have to see all what you have made , for deeds can grow as times passes by , for a million lives can come and go on that same peas of ground, only when you have that Dream that might change people’s lives , that Dream will always keep you rhymed , that Dream can give you a hand before you cry.
So dream my friend because they say that as you close your eyes your soul flies into the skies to sing with the universe of God, we are all here for a reason and you are the one who can find out what your Dream should be.
